InfiniVAN, ePLDT sign data center partnership

InfiniVAN Inc., a subsidiary of the Japanese telco giant IPS Inc., has signed a data center partnership with ePLDT, the ICT subsidiary pf PLDT to strengthen connectivity.

The contract signing between IPS-InfiniVAN and ePLDT symbolizes the commitment of both companies to elevate the quality of internet services in the Philippines. “We are very happy with the collaboration. We’ve been partnering with PLDT Group for a lot of our clients, especially the cable net operators. And with this new partnership with ePLDT, we are looking forward to serving more clients and Filipino businesses,” said Liz Baylon-Go IPS-InfiniVAN vice president and head-Carrier Sales.

Mitch Locsin, PLDT and Smart first vice president and head of Enterprise & International Business Groups said this strategic partnership will improve the hyperconnectivity, resilience, and scalability of ePLDT’s VITRO Data Center in Sta. Rosa.

As one of the fastest-growing leading providers of high-speed fiber internet services in the Philippines, InfiniVAN is also expected to help improve the hyperconnectivity, resilience, and carrier-neutrality of ePLDT’s VITRO Sta. Rosa once it colocates there.

InfiniVAN has also colocated in other ePLDT VITRO Data Centers to help ensure reliable and more resilient connections for its customers in the Philippines.
