Globe Telecom Inc. has maintained a consistent mobile internet services in National Capital Region (NCR) and nationwide, making it at par with global telco providers in US, Canada and Germany according to latest report of Ookla.
Based on Ookla Speedtest Intelligence data on consistency score in the Philippines for the third quarter of 2021, Globe maintained a mobile consistency score of 81.99 percent in the National Capital Region and 76 percent nationwide making it at par with global benchmarks such as T-Mobile in the United States with 84.8 percent; Videotron in Canada with 87.4 percent; Telekom in Germany with 90.1 percent.
Mobile Consistency Score measures the number of customer data transaction incidence (viewed as a percentage) of a service provider that equals or exceeds both a download threshold of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps) and an upload threshold of at least 1 Mbps.
