Global Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) said it has enough landbank to offer products in the next 10 years.
Sans revealing the actual landbank portfolio, Monica Salomon, Gobal-Estate president, told shareholders Thursday the company “seeks to launch more leisure estates and lifestyle communities integrated with nature with a view of offering spaces designed for joyful and mindful living.”
Salomon said Global Estate formed its integrated resorts property management, to provide resort style property management to its various mixed-use communities.
“Through integrated resorts, the company seeks to facilitate harmonious engagements inside its communities, while promoting a culture of stewardship towards the natural environment integrated into its developments for the enjoyment of the present and future generations,” she said.
Salomin said the company has an expansive land bank in flourishing centers of Batangas, Cavite and Cagayan de Oro, sufficient to sustain its development activities in the next 10 years.
