Focus on customer experience

With the intense competition on broadband, Globe Telecom Inc. is focused on improving its customer experience as a strategy to sustain the growth in its broadband business.

Globe said it is speeding up its new lines installation and increasing by 80 percent the number of technicians for deployment versus last year to ensure that every customer who needs line installation, repair, upgrade or migration is served within a desirable timeframe.

Globe At Home launched service guarantees for new postpaid customers where they can get their lines installed within 24 to 48 hours from the approval of their applications.

Through the Globe At Home app, customers also have control on how they manage their transactions, eliminating the need to call the hotline or go to the Globe Store. The app can be used for changing or updating of plans, registering to volume boosts for postpaid and HomeSurf promos for prepaid, checking usage and paying outstanding balances, activating free streaming services, and booking a repair appointment with a technician.
