Filipino BPO sets P300M expansion

Filipino call center and back office services provider SixEleven is set to invest P300 million to expand its operations in its home base in Davao City within two years.

Michael Bian, chief executive officer of SixEleven said the company eyes to add 2,000 seats from the current 3,500 to accommodate its growing clientele.

Bian said the company has 90 clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Dubai etc. across all sectors including mobile apps, telecommunication, medical, electronic commerce mortgage, among others.

Bian said one of the company’s client ridesharing and food delivery app operating mainly in Asia. SixEleven provides back office support such as incentive invoices, customer support and onboarding of drivers to this client.

According to Bian, SixEleven has been servicing an e-commerce portal that is known worldwide for its membership sales and marketing to entice new members.

The company currently has three sites in Davao City and one in General Santos City, employing 2,500.

“We provide best value since our overhead cost is lower (compared to foreign companies).

We have a proven track record of success in terms of handling clients and growing their business.

Filipinos are known to be caring and will go the extra mile to do work properly. We bring not only our Filipino culture but also (the Filipino) management style in running the company, ” Bian said in an email interview.

SixEleven started in 2005 with 15 seats as the first Davao-based solution-oriented contact center. – Irma Isip
