Filinvest Land Inc. has announced the postponement of its annual stockholders’ meeting.
Originally scheduled for April 21, the meeting has been moved to April 24, 11 a.m. in view of Proclamation No. 201 series 2023 declaring April 21, 2023, as a national holiday in observance of Eid’l Fitr.
According to Filinvest Land registered attendees will receive the meeting link from the company for the April 24 meeting.
