GMA Network Inc. expects sales of its mobile digital terrestrial (DTT) device to reach half a million once the government’s restrictions ease up this year.
Felipe Gozon, GMA chairman and chief executive officer, said sales of GMA Now have been slow, because people are restricted from going outside. GMA Now is a plug-and-play dongle that allows users to watch TV on-the- go.
Meanwhile, sales of GMA’s digital setup boxes sales reached over 1.2 million as of the first quarter this year.

GMA is on track to expand its DTT reach nationwide in the next three years.
