Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) has signed Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as a tenant for its Filinvest Buendia as the agency consolidates its various units in one location.
The DTI signed the lease with Filinvest Cyberparks Inc. , the office business arm of FLI, for the 10,668.40-square meter building.
The lease signed last March 25 starts on April 1 and will end December 31 this year subject for renewal.

Fit-out for the building will begin soon, FLI said.
The DTI’s Office of the Secretary , Competitiveness and Innovation Group, Consumer Protection Group and the Communications Office, will occupy the building.
Located on Gil Puyat avenue, the Grade A building offers 14 floors of premium office space.
