THE Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) in partnership with industry leaders like Unilever and Nestle and social media platform completed the second module of “Tindahan Mo e-Level Up Mo,” aimed at equipping sari-sari store owners with digital marketing strategies to expand their customer base and boost sales.
Module 2: e-Level Up ang Online Marketing, completed last July 24, is a step up from the basics as it equipped sari-sari store owners with the tools to harness the i power of social media, according to DTI Secretary Alfredo Pascual.
“By leveraging these online business platforms, participants have the potential to reach new customers, expand their reach, and ultimately drive growth for their businesses,” Pascual said.
Meanwhile, DTI Undersecretary Ed Sunico said the module also included social media marketing techniques.
These include creating engaging short videos and live-selling sessions. Additionally, the module provided tips on how to become brand affiliates, which would allow participants to diversify their product offerings and increase their income.
