The Department of Transportation (DOTr) yesterday unveiled its centralized hotline for commuter-related concerns and other transportation issues.
Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said the DOTr Commuter Hotline is the agency’s channel that will receive complaints and reports of red tape from citizens within its offices and attached agencies.
“We established this hotline because we recognize the public’s role in creating a clean and efficient DOTr,” Bautista said in a statement.
Commuters may now call the DOTr one-stop shop hotline 0920-9643687 which is also available via Viber and WhatsApp. This will serve as DOTr’s central hotline for commuter concerns, grievances and complaints.
The commuter hotline will receive complaints and reports of concerns from Mondays through Fridays starting 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
“We urge our fellow Filipinos to report your concerns via the Commuter Hotline that require the full attention of the DOTr and its attached agencies,” Bautista said.
