D&L Industries Inc. has been cited for its corporate governance practices by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) based on the Asean Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) for four years in a row.
“The ACGS measures the performance of the companies in the areas of facilitating the rights and the equitable treatment of shareholders, how they relate to their different stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability thru timely disclosure of material information, and how the board guides the company strategically, monitors the management, and ensures the board’s accountability to the company and the shareholders,” D&L Industries said.

Established in 1963, D&L Industries engages in product customization and specialization for the food, chemicals, plastics and consumer products ODM industries. The company’s principal business activities include manufacturing of customized food ingredients, specialty raw materials for plastics, and oleochemicals for personal and home care use.
