Online gaming operator DigiPlus Interactive Corp. will be part of the FTSE All-Cap Index and FTSE Total-Cap Index effective at the close of business on March 21, 2025.
This is an upgrade from the company’s inclusion in the FTSE Microcap Index in 2024, and reflects its increased market capitalization, enhanced liquidity and strengthened position within the investment landscape, DigiPlus said in a statement on Tuesday.
The FTSE All-Cap Index tracks large, mid and small-cap companies, serving as a key benchmark for global investors.
“The FTSE Total-Cap Index extends this coverage to include micro-cap companies, collectively representing over 99 percent of the global investable market capitalization,” the company said.
“DigiPlus’ inclusion places it among companies that meet the highest standards of market capitalization and liquidity, further enhancing its visibility to institutional investors worldwide,” it added.
“Being included in the FTSE All-Cap and Total-Cap Indices reflects the strength of our fundamentals and the momentum we have built over the past year. This milestone reinforces our position in the broader investment community, opening new opportunities to further scale our business and create lasting value for our shareholders,” said Eusebio Tanco, DigiPlus chairman.
