The DICT said the project is expected to be completed within five years.

The pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 15; bid submissions are due by April 29.

The bid document said the payment terms for the project will be based on deliverables.

The DICT is expected to turn over 65 percent of the project cost to the winning bidder upon the completion of provisioning, installation, configuration, and testing of the Hybrid Next Generation NSOC software licenses, the conduct of knowledge transfer, and the submission of the service level agreement.

In another development, the DICT  said its regional office CALABARZON – Quezon successfully conducted a vital cybersecurity awareness session on protecting data and systems from digital threats for the Philippine Air Force-Tactical Operations Wing Southern Luzon (PAF-TOWSOL) on April 7.

It said the session equipped participants with essential knowledge and strategies to safeguard their data and systems against ever-evolving cyber risks, focusing on protecting personal and organizational data from digital risks.

The session gave PAF TOWSOL members insights into recognizing cyber threats like phishing, malware, and data breaches.
