Ovialand Inc. eyes to expand its housing portfolio to other regions by 2030.
The company, whose housing projects are mostly located in Southern Luzon, is also eyeing public listing.
“Aside from our planned public listing, expanding our portfolio throughout the Philippines is core to our expansion plans. While we are currently focused on South Luzon, we believe it is important to have a presence in other major markets if we want to take advantage of the potential for growth in (other) areas,” said.
Pammy Olivares-Vital, president of Ovialand.
Ovialand recently signed a joint venture with Kyushu Yaesu Co. Ltd., a Japan-based wholly-owned subsidiary of Saibu Gas Holdings Co. Ltd., for the development of Santevi, which will comprise 810 house and lot units in San Pablo, Laguna. This is its second joint venture following the success of Caliya in Candelaria, Quezon and its third housing development project in San Pablo.
Ovialand’s total portfolio in the area is 2,500 units.
