Concentrix Corp., a global technology solutions and services provider, yesterday said it has acquired a Philippine-based customer experience (CX) consulting company, BlinkCX.
“BlinkCX’s expertise in technology platforms and tools, experience management, as well as data-driven insights will play a key role in accelerating Concentrix’s growth and enhancing partnerships with local clients,” said Concentrix Philippines executive vice president and chief business officer Amit Jagga, in a statement.
The value of the acquisition was not disclosed.
Concentrix, the largest information technology-business process management employer in the country, in its website said it focuses on CX of various industries such as technology, automotive, healthcare, retail, financial services, and telecommunication.
BlinkCX, in its website, said it conducts seamless implementation and integration of cutting-edge CX technologies into existing systems of companies.
Jagga said with the acquisition, BlinkCX’s team of data analysts, strategy consultants, and project managers will be integrated into Concentrix.
In a separate interview by email, Hanica Jane Pacis, director for marketing and communications at Concentrix Philippines, said BlinkCX team is composed of 50 people including founders Alex Benavidez, Darwin Jacquez and Kevin Rotairo.
“(The acquisition) expands our capability to deliver transformative outcomes and explore new opportunities for growth right here in the country. It’s a mark of our ongoing commitment to invest here, and to demonstrate that the Philippines delivers world-class, superior services,” Jagga said.
Concentrix, a Nasdaq-listed and Fortune 500 company, has been operating in the Philippines for 18 years. It is touted to be the largest employer in the Philippines with over 100,000 employees in 20 locations in the country based on November 2023 reports.
