Lucio Co-led Cosco Capital Inc. is declaring P862.85 million in cash dividend for shareholders as of Jan. 10, 2022.
The dividend is divided into an P0.08 per share regular cash dividend, and another P0.04 per share special dividend, putting the company’s cash dividend declaration to P0.12 per share. It will be paid on February 3, 2022.
Cosco said the dividend comprises 14.6 percent of the prior year’s unrestricted retained earnings.
Cosco closed 2020 with profits of P10 billion.
Cosco unit Puregold Price Club Inc. also announced a cash dividend of P1.4 billion, divided into a P0.25 per share cash dividend and another P0.20 per share special cash divided. The Puregold board of directors also approved an additional P0.05 per share gratuity cash dividend. The cash dividend amounts to a total cash of P0.50 per share.
The retailer’s cash dividend is payable on Feb. 1, 2022 to stockholders of record as of Jan. 10, 2022.
Meanwhile, imported liquor distributor The Keepers Holdings Inc., also a Cosco unit, has declared a P353.6 million cash divided, P0.024 per share.
The dividend is payable to stockholders of record as of Jan. 10, 2022, payable on Jan. 28, 2022.
