Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) aims to raise its topline this year by 15 to 20 percent from last year’s P8.3 billion, “closely matching 2019’s P8.5 billion.”
The company has 25 projects in the pipeline worth P19 billion, 15 of which are in the economic and mid-market residential segments in the Visayas and Mindanao.
CLI has allocated P12 billion as capital expenditures for the year.

The company looks at increasing its gross leasable area (GLA) to 20,000 square meters, which will almost double its 2020 GLA. CLI will complete ongoing 33 residential and other projects, which include mixed-use developments, hotels and townships.
