Investments in Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) have doubled to ₱1.19 billion following its January 2025 rebranding from an airport operator to a developer of an aviation-centric business hub.

The ₱1.19 billion generated between January and July 2025 is twice the amount recorded during the same period in 2024, CIAC stated on Thursday.

Leading the investments is the ₱600-million improvement of a mixed-use recreation complex by Stellavia Development Corporation, a Korean construction and management firm currently operating The Glory Hotel and Residences in Clark.

CIAC also announced that Global Square Plaza Phils. Corp. (GSPPC) has earmarked ₱400 million in capital outlay for a multi-use facility featuring a storage warehouse, drone training school, and recreational amenities. The project is expected to create at least 100 jobs in its first year of operation.

France-based All Fashion Gloves Inc. plans to reinvest ₱18.27 million to construct new manufacturing facilities. This initiative is projected to generate 700 direct jobs, along with additional employment opportunities in support industries, contractors, and service providers.

All Fashion Gloves, a pioneer locator of CIAC, specializes in the manufacture and export of premium leather goods for leading global fashion brands.

Meanwhile, other locators—including UET International Corp. and UET Box Manufacturing Corp.—have committed a combined total of ₱169.7 million to produce high-quality knitted products and custom shipping boxes. Fixed-base operator and ground handling service provider Skytrack Aviation Services will invest ₱5 million to establish its Clark office.

“These firms recognize the strategic value of investing in Clark Aviation Capital, which continues to be recognized as a hub for innovation, opportunity, and sustainable development,” said CIAC President Jojit Alcazar.

Alcazar noted that the rebranding positioned CIAC as the leading aviation and land development arm of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), marking a shift from traditional airport operations to a broader infrastructure development mandate.
