THE Bureau of the Treasury (BTr) fully raised the scheduled P20-billion treasury sale Monday, attracting bids 2.6 times the intended amount at P52.5 billion.
The BTr was looking to raise P6.5 billion both for the 91-day and 182-day Treasury bills (T-bills), and P7 billion of the 364-day T-bills.
The tender amounted to P15.3 billion for the 91-day T-bills; P17.3 billion for the 182-day T-bills; and P20 billion for the 364-day T-bills.
This led to the three T-bill tenors to fetch average coupons of 5.900 percent, 6.093 percent and 6.062 percent, respectively.
