Ayala Land Inc. is allocating two hectares of its 2,500-hectare Nuvali Estate in Sta. Rosa, Laguna for a civic complex that will serve as service hub for government-related service in the area for residents.

The realtor said in a statement Tuesday it signed the memorandum of understanding with the City Government of Santa Rosa for the endeavor, which reinforces Nuvali’s position as the regional central business district of Calabarzon.

“The Santa Rosa Civic Complex is envisioned to have a convention center, a City One-Stop Shop, sports facilities, and a command center, ensuring enhanced accessibility to essential public services while fostering a well-integrated urban environment,” Ayala Land said in a statement.

The civic complex will also serve as a catalyst for new investment opportunities, attracting businesses and institutions that seek a well-connected and future forward location, it added.

Ayala Land said the addition of the Santa Rosa Civic Complex strengthens Nuvali’s position as a complete and future-ready economic hub — bringing governance, business and lifestyle together in one dynamic location.

It noted Nuvali’s seamless integration of residential, commercial, institutional and recreational spaces into a thriving community.

“This partnership is a significant milestone in advancing Nuvali’s role as the heart of progress in the South,” said Christopher Maglanoc, Ayala Land Estates group head.

“The presence of the Santa Rosa Civic Complex within Nuvali enhances access to government services while aligning with our vision of creating a world-class, future-proof development,” he added.

Santa Rosa Mayor Arlene Arcillas said the initiative “not only enhances governance but also strengthens Santa Rosa’s position as a progressive city, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our constituents, promoting public-private partnership.”
