AllHome wins Stevie award

AllHome Corp. said it has been awarded a bronze Stevie Award in the innovative achievement in customer satisfaction category.

The award was given for its entry, A Heart for Customer Service: AllHome’s Integrated campaign.

“A retail arm of the Villar Group, AllHome showed how it empowers employees to build their customer relations skills through an intensive, three-module program designed to work on their behavioral training and technics. The modules include: taking care of customers, winning customers, and delivering exceptional service,” the company said in statement.

“AllValue Training Academy developed the program to develop the skills of its entire operations team, along with engagement and audit activities. The activities also covered working on complaints and getting customer feedback,” it added.

AllHome said the campaign was instrumental for the company’s P212 million profit in the first quarter of the year, over revenues of P2.921 billion, for a 7.28 percent profit margin.

Camille Villar, AllHome vice chairman, said the company takes pride in providing a premium home retail experience to its customers.

“The honor goes to everyone in our group who has been working hard to make sure our customers are happy with our services. This also serves as a challenge for AllHome to remain relentless in achieving excellence in every aspect of our pioneering home retail experience to all Filipinos,” Villar said.
