ALLHC revenues hit P4.3B

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) said profit last year reached P779.97 million, up 8.21 percent from P720.81 million.

Revenues amounted to P4.3 billion, up 15.59 percent from P3.72 billion the prior year.

The company said continuous demand for industrial lots and increased leasable areas boosted the company’s overall performance.

Revenues from industrial lot sales reached P2.05 billion, up 62 percent from P1.27 billion in 2020. Warehouse leasing hit P404 million up 16 percent from P348 million.

Commercial leasing revenues contracted 20 percent to P419 million, down from P526 million in 2020 due to the quarantine restrictions during the year.

ALLHC ended the year with a total warehouse gross leasable area of 224,000 sq.m. an 8 percent growth from 207,000 sqm. in 2002.

“Despite the ongoing crisis, ALLHC showed commendable operations in 2021. Our performance remained sound and we posted healthy growth, enabling us to carry with our growth aspirations. We are optimistic that business activity will continue to improve this 2022,” said Rowena Tomeldan, ALLHC president.
