Ayala Land Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) said profit last year reached P780 million, up 11 percent from P702.7 million.
Revenues hit P3.99 billion, up 7 percent from P3.72 billion.
“The continuous demand for industrial lots and increased leasable areas boosted the company’s overall performance,” the company said.
Revenues from industrial lot sales hit P2.05 billion, up 62 percent from P1.27 billion in 2020. Warehouse leasing revenue stood at P404 million, up 16 percent from P348 million the previous year. z
Commercial leasing revenues contracted 20 percent to P419 million compared to P526 million in 2020 due to the quarantine restrictions during the year, it said.
“ALLHC ended the year with a total warehouse gross leasable area of 224,000 square meters (sq.m.), an 8 percent growth from 207,000 sq.m. in 2020,” said Maria Rowena Tomeldan, ALLHC president.
In 2020, ALLHC entered the cold storage market by acquiring two facilities. It added 7,300 pallet positions into its portfolio and recognized revenues of P49 million from this new segment.
