Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC) Economic Estates is set to launch next month a fourth addition to its portfolio,TARI Estate, in Tarlac City.
Spanning 200 hectares of prime industrial lots in its initial phase, TARI Estate is located in a property acquired by wholly-owned subsidiary LIMA Land Inc. from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Central Azucarera de Tarlac.
The project represents the expansion of AIC’s portfolio to the north. Other AIC projects are LIMA Estate in Batangas, Mactan Economic Zone 2 Estate and West Cebu Estate in Cebu, for a total combined footprint of over 1,600 hectares.
Like the three estates, TARI Estate is envisioned as a smart and sustainable industrial-anchored estate, designed to attract diverse locators from various industries.
A bigger component of the development will be industrial with future development plans for commercial, including retail stores and restaurants, a transport terminal and civic spaces.
AIC Economic Estates leverages on the site’s location linking it to expressways like the SCTEX, NLEX, TPLex, and CLLex and ample labor supply in the region.
The launch is scheduled on May 7.
