GLOBE Telecom Inc. shared services unit Asticom Technology Inc. has partnered with AI Rudder, a global pioneer in voice AI technology, to improve the customer services of local businesses.
The partnership brings AI Rudder’s advanced voice AI technology into Asticom’s service portfolio, to help businesses across banking, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, among others, to accelerate their digital transformation.
