Afni, a leading US-based business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, on April 13 opened its newest site in Laguna, its third office in the Philippines and the very first located outside of Metro Manila.
The new facility targets at least 3,000 new employees by yearend.
Afni currently has more than 8,000 employees in the Philippines, most of whom are based in Quezon City.
Located at SM City Santa Rosa, the new site spans over 9,400 square feet across multiple floors, boasting amenities designed to enhance the employee experience.

In 2012, Afni established its Philippine presence and has since enjoyed continued growth. The company’s flagship site in the country on Commonwealth avenue in Quezon City followed by the addition of another site in Fairview in 2020.
