US -based business process outsourcing company Afni Inc. has started the construction of its latest hub in Metro Manila at the SM City Fairview Tower 4.
The Afni-exclusive tower is over 12,000 square meters, four floors high, and is set to be home to more than 3,000 members of the Afni family.
The site is set for opening in the second quarter of 2022 coinciding with Afni’s 10th anniversary in the Philippines

The company’s headcount has grown to nearly 6,500 to date and is forecast to further increase despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Khalid Khursheed, Afni Philippines vice president for operations and country manager said the company has grown 70 percent from 2019 to 2021 amid the pandemic.
