ABS-CBN Entertainment has hit a new milestone on YouTube with 45 million subscribers as it remains the most subscribed YouTube channel in of Southeast Asia, according to Tubular Labs, one of the most trusted global video measurement and analytics platforms, said
ABS-CBN, the country’s biggest content provider, continues to strengthen its digital presence to reach more audiences in different parts of the world. Recently, its newest primetime show, “Senior High,” was made available for free and on-demand on YouTube in the US, Canada, Middle East, Europe, and Australia.
ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel also houses its free livestreaming service, Kapamilya Online Live, where viewers in the Philippines and select territories enjoy live and on-demand viewing of the latest episodes of various Kapamilya shows. Last September 11, all three primetime shows hit an all-time high live viewership record as viewers witnessed Coco Martin’s new chapter in “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” Richard Gutierrez’s action-packed revelations in “The Iron Heart,” and Andrea Brillantes’ quest for revenge in “Senior High.”
Viewers’ afternoons are also more intense on Kapamilya Online Live with the comeback of afternoon shows on ABS-CBN – mystery series “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso” starring Elisse Joson, Alexa Ilacad, Charlie Dizon, and Loisa Andalio and revenge series “Nag-Aapoy Na Damdamin” starring Tony Labrusca, Ria Atayde, JC De Vera, and Jane Oineza.
