Aboitiz Land said another important milestone is a partnership with Asmara Group for the development of Foressa Mountain Town in Balamban, Cebu.
Located in West Cebu Estate, the Foressa Mountain Town is a prime investment that offers easy access to nature as its star amenity.
This 257-hectare development offers 19 ha of lots ranging from 399 square meters (sq.m.) to 2,040 sq.m.
This month, Aboitiz Land executives will head to London for the London Barrio Fiesta on July 21 and Investors Forum on July 27, then proceed to the US for further international engagements.
This follows the company’s participation from June 29 to June 30 at the Sandiwa Fiesta Europa and an Investors Forum on July 6, at the Doria Grand Hotel in Milan, Italy.
Aboitiz Land is also actively participating in the Brigada Eskwela program this July.
The company will engage in a series of activities across various elementary schools in Cebu, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, and Batangas. These activities include the distribution of school supplies and basic computer training for teachers.
