A Brown Company Inc. said it is launching more residential projects in Mindanao.
Alexandrite Columns in Xavier Estates in Cagayan de Oro City will feature resort-like amenities such as multiple swimming pools and landscaped greens, to its residents.
Coral Bay Suites in Initao, Misamis Oriental, a four-tower residential condominium project bayfront views.
Other projects are: Xavier East Ridge Estates in Cagayan de Oro; West Coast Greenfield in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, which will offer commercial spaces, modern condominiums, hotels, and prime lots in one property; and Highland Fairway Suites – a 198-unit condominium development in Butuan City with views of the West Highlands Golf Course.
Robertino Pizarro, A Brown president, said the company is developing the 300-hectare Epic Mountain Estate in Rizal Province that will feature premier mountain estate lots.
“Record breaking real estate sales affirms the shift of the company’s thrust to both vertical and horizontal healthy living conditions as the current market demand. The market mindset has changed and our buyers are choosing to spend more for a healthier environment,” Pizarro said.
“By offering projects that respond to the new living conditions, with lots of open spaces and greens, I believe that we have hit the right strategy,” Pizarro added.
