Bossjob’s new ad campaign

Bossjob has launched its latest ad campaign, “Changing Job is Changing Boss,” emphasizing the importance of job satisfaction and work-life balance for Filipinos.

The campaign aims to empower job seekers to prioritize job satisfaction in light of studies recognizing work-related mental health issues in the workforce. By utilizing AI features and direct chat, Bossjob enhances matching accuracy, reduces information asymmetry, and increases recruitment efficiency, effectively connecting job seekers with opportunities that align with their values and goals.

Alongside this, Bossjob has also introduced the “Dub It Up with Bossjob” online contest, where participants can get creative by dubbing over the platform’s ad for a chance to win cash prizes of up to P55,000.

The “Dub It Up with Bossjob” online challenge is open to all. To participate, simply dub Bossjob’s commercial audio with your own creative twist. Video entries must be set to public and posted on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with the hashtags #BossjobPH and #DubItUpWithBossjob and app download link and tag Bossjob’s official social media pages in the caption.
