WeWork will open a full building dedicated to private and customized spaces for medium-sized companies in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
WeWork at The Brilliance Center is ready for move-in by December.
In the Philippines, two more locations — Menarco Tower and Milestone at 5th Avenue — will also be opening in November and December, respectively.
The dedicated office space will provide a “service-lite” model to all member companies, including a suite of core offerings that a sizable company needs such as information technology and audiovisual infrastructure, and access cards.
Following WeWork’s flexible strategy, members may opt to add on top of these offerings according to members’ needs such as premium coffee machines.
Members and their employees will be able to also gain access to WeWork’s global network of more than 527,000 members.
