Pag-IBIG members can now go online to check on their savings, deposit and pay.
They may also file for housing loans and check on the application status and access the loan balance.
Members can beat the traffic or the trouble of going to a Pag-IBIG office by simply logging on to pagibigfund.gov.ph, go to e-Services and click Virtual PAG-IBIG.
The Virtual Pag-IBIG was launched yesterday by Pag-IBIG Fund.
Log on to secure a Fund Membership ID Number and/or take the initial step to enroll for a savings account and/or monitor a loan application or its status.
By creating Virtual Pag-IBIB accounts, members can access an online payment facility to pay for loans and remit monthly savings through PayMaya or Visa, Mastercard or JCB credit cards.
Members are also able to have a real-time chat with a Pag-IBIG service personnel for any concern or query as well as monitor and view the latest Pag-IBIG news and updates.
However, filing for multipurpose loans such as salary loans and other personal needs such as health care still require a physical visit to a Pag-IBIG office.
