Sta. Lucia Land is building a six-hectare business hub in Cainta, Rizal.

Poised to become the next business district on the eastern corridor of Metro Manila, Sta. Lucia Business Center is Sta. Lucia Land’s first foray in the office property segment.

“This marks our official entry into the office market as we seek to further diversify our portfolio and tap new growth areas. Our new Sta. Lucia Business Center, which has already begun construction, is located within Sta. Lucia City, a thriving community that we have built over the past several decades. Once our office building is finished, it will complete the offerings we have here at Sta. Lucia City–from residential, commercial to offices,” said Exequiel Robles, Sta. Lucia Land president.

The Sta. Lucia Business Center will offer more than 10,000 square meters (sq.m.) of leasable office space on the third to sixth floors while the first two floors will be dedicated for retail shops and dining outlets.

Each floor will have approximately 2,500 sq.m. of leasable office space. It targets to cater mainly to the business process outsourcing companies, which has been seeking for alternative locations other than the main business districts of Metro Manila.

The development is connected to the ongoing LRT-2 extension project on Marcos highway.

“We will soon have this complete, self-contained community that is dynamic and will continue providing the needs and wants of our loyal mall goers and residents. Soon, you can work, live, have fun and relax within Sta. Lucia City. We envision the completion of the Sta. Lucia Business Center to jumpstart the development of Cainta as a business hub eventually,” Robles added.
