President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said he will revive during his administration the ‘LOVE BUS’ from the 1970’s to offer present-day commuters with free rides.
He said in his State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Monday the popular bus service will be launched anew, with a pilot test planned for Cebu and Davao, and soon after that, for expanded implementation across the Mindanao region.
For Metro Manila, he said an additional 45 train sets will be deployed along the Metro Rail Transit line 3 (MRT-3) this year from three new train sets currently operational.
