Security Bank Corp. said it is shortening the offer period of its two-year bonds on strong response from investors.

“We appreciate the overwhelming support that our investors and clients have been giving our bond offer. In view of the strong demand we have received so far, we are shortening the offer period to end on July 03, 2020, from the initial target end of offer period of July 15, 2020,” said Raul Martin Pedro, Security Bank treasurer, of the bond offer that started June 23, 2020.

The two-year bonds carry a coupon rate of 3.125 percent per annum, sold at a minimum denominations of P1 million and P100,000 for the incremental increase.
