San Miguel Food and Beverage Inc. said that company director Monica Ang-Mercado, daughter of company chairman Ramon Ang, has been appointed as the company’s chief finance officer (CFO), effective immediately. Ang-Mercado replaces Ildefonso Alindogan.
The announcement comes with the appointment of Emmanuel Macalalag as the new chief operating officer of the company, replacing long-time president Francisco Alejo III.
San Miguel Food said in a disclosure on Wednesday, the movements, attributed to management reorganization in mother company San Miguel Corp., took effect also on Wednesday.
