Rockwell Land Corp. is expanding to Pampanga.
The company is partnering with TGN Realty Corp., (TGN), NepWell Property Management Inc., (NepWell), and siblings Hilda Aurora N. Valdes, Patrick Adrian N. Valdes, and Theresa Gracia N. Valdes, for the P6.7 billion project.
The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) on Tuesday approved the joint-venture which will handle the project involving the development of a 36,489-square meter mixed-use property in Angeles City with residential, commercial, and retail components.
Under the agreement, Rockwell and TGN will infuse the capital for the undertaking, while TGN and the Valdes siblings will contribute the land for the project. Rockwell, TGN Realty, and the Valdes siblings shall invest in the project through the purchase and subscription of shares in the JV Co.
TGN is owned by the Nepomuceno Business Group Rockwell’s Pampanga project will have three residential towers complemented by a retail component which is poised to be the Power Plant Mall in Angeles, the first Rockwell mall outside Metro Manila.
