PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) will beef up its portfolio by building the company’s first project in Central Luzon and expanding further in South Luzon.
Ricky Celis, president of PPHI, in an interview at the launch of PHirst Park Homes Pandi over the weekend, the company will launch next month a new development in Calamba while its San Pablo project is up for expansion.
Celis said PPHI is also in the process of acquiring additional property to extend its Lipa project.
He said PPHI is looking at other areas in Central Luzon such as Pampanga, Bataan and Tarlac as well as in the south to as far down Quezon. Celis said PPHI is eyeing another project in Bulacan.
Projects in Visayas and Mindanao are also in the pipeline by 2021 or 2022.
Celis said PPHI is bullish of prospects in Central and Southern Luzon due to rising demand as well as the booming infrastructure the government has planned in these areas.
He said following the launch last March of Phirst Park Homes San Pablo, the company is readying its sequel. The Tanza project, PPHI’s first, is poised to be sold out in 2020, three years after launch and way ahead of the projected five-year timeline.
PPHI is the affordable housing unit of listed developer Century Properties Group Inc. in partnership with Japan’s global business enterprise Mitsubishi Corp.
The Pandi project totals 11 hectares out of the planned 18 hectares, with an initial P1.6 billion inventory of the planned P2.9 billion in total sales revenues. PHirst’s first three communities in Tanza, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; and San Pablo, Laguna sold 3,800 homes valued at P6.4 billion as of August 2019.
With the addition of the Pandi project, PHirst Park Homes’ footprint now covers 75.2 hectares and 7,908 units, worth P13.3 billion
As the fastest growing affordable homes developer outside of Metro Manila, PPHI aims to roll out 11 more out of 15 master-planned communities in the next four years,
Two to three more launches are eyed next year.
