Megaworld Corp. booked P38 billion in reservation sales in the first half of the year.
The Group generated around P17 billion in reservation sales in the second quarter at a time when most parts of the country were placed under enhanced community quarantine.
Reservation sales in June alone amounted to P7 billion on higher demand for residential lots in Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal as well as in Boracay Newcoast and Iloilo Business Park.
“Megaworld’s provincial properties make up most of the sales booked during the second quarter. Megaworld Group’s big ticket projects in Arden Botanical Estate (Cavite), Eastland Heights in Antipolo, Rizal, Hamptons Caliraya in Laguna, McKinley Hill and McKinley West in Taguig, as well as projects in Makati City and Pasig City, contributed to the bulk of the period’s reservation sales,” the company said.
