THE Presidential Communications Office (PCO) on Monday morning said the fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will last for “over an hour.”
The PCO, in a message to the media, said the president has already finished rehearsing his speech and is preparing for the SONA, which will be delivered from 4 pm before a joint session of Congress at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City.
The PCO said the President will either fly by chopper or travel by land, depending on the weather, when he goes to the Batasang Pambasa for his national address.
The president and the PCO, in separate social media accounts, on Sunday night uploaded a short clip showing Marcos practicing the delivery of his SONA.
“All set to deliver the message of Bagong Pilipinas,” the post read.
