Let’s meet Rosemarie Rafael, the Chairperson and President, and Mariz Regis, President and CEO of Airspeed International. They’ve not only shown how capable they are but have also inspired other women in the industry for nearly forty years.
Helping others succeed
Rosemarie Rafael is a fantastic leader. She’s helped Airspeed Group grow and has inspired many women in the industry.
She said, “Some say things are better elsewhere, but I believe success comes from where you put your effort. If you’re happy where you are, that’s where you’ll grow.”
Besides leading Airspeed, Rosemarie also leads the Women’s Business Council PH. She often speaks at events to inspire other women.

Mariz Regis, president of Airspeed International, is another amazing leader. She started small and worked her way up to the top.
