Under the agreement, the parties may explore opportunities for cooperation in areas that would promote the advancement of e-mobility associated skill development and training programs to produce, service, and operate e-mobility vehicles; identify suitable e-mobility solutions, including 2/3-wheel vehicles, light duty vehicles and public utility vehicles and prepare outline business cases for development of each e-vehicle type; prepare a skill development curriculum for e-mobility training and development and associated training programs; formation of a center of excellence for e-mobility training and development; establish a medium-term framework for scale up actions on e-mobility solutions and associated training programs, among others.
“We’re going to start the EV education..we’re focused on asking ADB to redirect us who the proper schools or private sector to work with,” said the singer, whose real name is Allan Pineda.
Pineda is part of the presidential trade and investment mission from the United States in the Philippines.
“We’re going to put some finances together, especially with the investments coming in, hopefully we can ask for some aid and start as quick,” said Pineda, adding the program would target to train as many as possible.
Audie Vergara APFL, executive director, said the foundation is developing a curriculum for the Philippines and pilot the program through the guidance of ADB.
