DMCI Homes is developing a new residential project in Eastern Metro Manila adjacent to its top-selling residential condominium development Prisma Residences in Pasig boulevard, Pasig City.
Dennis Yap, DMCI Homes assistant vice president for project development, said the new still-to-be-named two-tower project will rise in the 1.3-hectare lot beside Prisma Residences in Barangay Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
The condominium is among the five new projects DMCI Homes is eyeing to launch before yearend. Estimate sales value is P14.36 billion.

Yap said DMCI Homes is confident of replicating the success of the Prisma Residences with the new project because of favorable outlook for residential spaces in the area.
