DFNN Inc. and Data Lake Inc. signed a teaming agreement to collaborate in strengthening Starlink’s presence to provide internet services in the country.
The parties said under the partnership, they will be utilizing complementary technology, sales channels as well as the marketing expertise of each other.
The companies added the link-up will leverage DFNN’s pioneering initiatives in technology with Data Lake’s founders’ experience and business track record to fast-track connectivity of geographically isolated and disadvantageous areas with the use of Starlink’s low Earth orbit satellites.
DFNN and Data Lake said complimentary technologies of the partnership will also help in expanding the digital infrastructure of the country.
DFNN has contributed to Starlink’s entry into the country by assisting in the passage of enabling laws that made the business a viable domestic enterprise.
Data Lake is an emerging technology company led by Henry Sy Jr. and Anthony Almeda that aims to bridge the digital divide as an authorized reseller and integrator of Starlink in the region. -Jed Macapagal
