Miguel Dominguez named president, CEO at AlsonsDev
Alsons Development and Investment Corp. (Alsons Dev) announced the appointment of Miguel Rene Dominguez as its new president and chief executive officer.
Dominguez will succeed Rosie Dominguez, who will be retiring from her position as executive vice president.
Dominguez will concurrently serve as the director for Corporate Strategy for the Alcantara Group’s Agribusiness Unit.
Prior to this new designation, Dominguez served as Alsons Dev’s director. Simultaneously, he was the vice president for operations at the Alcantara Group’s Agribusiness Unit
Dominguez served as governor of Sarangani.
Dominguez’s vision for Alsons Dev is forward-looking and ambitious, recognizing the need to differentiate the company in a competitive market.
MMBC launched
The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry – National Capital Region (PCCI-
NCR) on June 26 launched the 2024 Metro Manila Business Conference (MMBC) at Casa de Polo, Valenzuela City.
The event, held during the PCCI-NCR North Sector Joint
General Membership Meeting, attracted over 100 attendees from CAMANAVA (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and
Valenzuela) chambers and members from the South and Central Sectors.

Economic Transformation (3T’s for SET)” with “Local integration, Global Outlook” as subtheme. This conference is
