Cebu Landmasters Inc. has started phase one of its P33-billion, 22-hectare, Davao Global Township (DGT), a partnership with the Villa-Abrille family of Davao.
This phase, being developed under the joint-venture YHEST Realty and Development Corp., consists of residential towers, an office building, a city center composed of retail areas and a cultural center, Cebu Landmasters said in a statement.
Jose Soberano III, CLI president, said residential demand in the 15 key cities of Visayas and Mindanao where CLI operates remains strong.
DGT was master planned and designed to have a mix of indoor and open air features to adapt to the new normal. It has wide open spaces and lush landscapes that will allow everyone to stroll freely and shop without worry.
