Vivant Corp. yesterday said it has no delinquent accounts with Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM) and is fully compliant and up-to-date with all payments.
Vivant said the company and its subsidiaries have nothing to do with Vivant-Sta. Clara, the entity named by PSALM and the Department of Finance in the list of delinquent Independent Power Producer Administrators.
The company explained Vivant-Sta. Clara is a remnant from its previous engagement with Northern Renewables.
Vivant added it has sold all its 48 percent interest in Vivant-Sta. Clara Northern Renewables Generation Corp. in October 2018.
