MEGAWORLD Corp. expects to generate P3 billion in sales in its Puerto Princesa City condominium project, The Bellagio Palawan.
Megaworld said the project will be its “first upscale residential condominium development” in its six-hectare Baytown Palawan in Barangay San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City.
The 12-story condominium will offer 188 smart home condo units, featuring the latest wireless smart home systems that can be accessed remotely using a dedicated phone app, the company said.
“This gives residents the ease and convenience of controlling several unit features, including lighting fixtures and other smart appliances in the living, kitchen, and dining areas as well as the bedroom,” it added.
Megaworld said all units have their own balconies and lanai with varying layouts and sizes of up to 109 square meters for three-bedroom suites.
“The Bellagio Palawan will serve as the gateway to Baytown Palawan. Once completed, it will become a vibrant lifestyle estate that will mirror the excitement that characterized Forbes Town in BGC through the years. We envision Baytown to be the ‘new lifestyle capital’ of Puerto Princesa City,” said Javier Romeo Abustan, Megaworld vice president of sales and marketing for Palawan.
“Perhaps the most iconic amenity of The Bellagio Palawan will be the city’s first heated infinity pool on a roof deck of a residential tower overlooking the scenic Puerto Princesa Bay. The roof deck amenity area will also have a kiddie pool and its own pool lounge,” he added.
On the second floor of the development are amenities such as co-working spaces, a function hall, fitness center with a yoga studio, outdoor lounge and seating areas, kiddie play area and a daycare center.
“The building will be equipped with RFID access technology in the elevator lobby as well as 100 percent backup power for common areas,” the company said.
Megaworld will equip each unit at The Bellagio Palawan with video-phone communication systems that directly link to the front lobby reception and security concierge.
The condominium will also have several sustainability features, such as bicycle parking, low flow rate fixtures for water conservation in toilets and kitchen, occupancy sensors at hallways, and energy-efficient equipment.
The tower will have its own sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting facility and materials recovery facility.
Baytown Palawan is being developed by Megaworld together with unit Suntrust Properties Inc.
