Filinvest Land Inc. has opened its second mall in the Visayas, a 3,759-square-meter (sq.m.) retail hub “poised to become the city’s premier destination for everyday conveniences and special occasions.”
Filinvest Malls Dumaguete is situated at Flores avenue corner E.J. Blanco street offering relaxing coastal views and boasting an extensive lineup of local and national brands that cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of Dumagueteños, the company said in a statement.
Filinvest Land said national and regional brands are opening their first stores in the mall – UCC Cafe Terrace, The Medical City Clinic, Bigby’s, Power Mac Center, Island Souvenirs, Joneco Tech and Salon de Rose.
Also located in Visayas is Filinvest Land’s IL Corso, an 18,049 sq.m. mall in City di Mare, South Road Properties, Cebu City.
Filinvest Malls’ portfolio includes Festival Mall in Alabang, Main Square in Cavite, Fora Mall in Tagaytay as well as select retail areas within Filinvest Land’s residential communities.
